Tactical Plan:

Gene initiated UX strategy work as docbraces had an outline of a content strategy coming into the project. The UX needed to ground the project in an understanding of how the website would function and would be built for current and future patients to have the least disruption to the business.

From this work, a design was created that supported the elevation of the brand, based on the key attributes it needed to convey, such as a fresh, clean look and feel. The property was built on a carefully selected CMS not only to give the organization an overarching platform, but to also highlight each location to bring the local community to the forefront, as well as to provide the docbraces team with the tools to manage content day to day confidently and efficiently.
